A journey through the authentic flavors of our land
From October 22nd to November 26th, every Thursday evening our dining room in Casinalbo di Formigine becomes the setting for a special tasting menu created by our kitchen.
For six dedicated appointments, we will accompany you on a journey to rediscover the great classics of the Emilian tradition: top-quality raw materials, local PDO products, and all the care and hospitality that have always characterized the experience at Nero Balsamico.
