For this Easter Lunch, we decided to let the ingredients speak for themselves. Our menu celebrates Modenese tradition: handmade pasta, balanced flavors, and that touch of “nero” that distinguishes us, to offer you a meal that feels like home 🏡 but with an elegance that makes every celebration special.

Appetizer
Emilian Easter Pie on spring lettuces. A classic reinterpreted with lightness, perfect to open a festive table.
Two First Courses
Green Tortelloni with asparagus and robiola cheese, creamed in light butter with lemon zest and toasted almonds. A first course that tastes of true spring, with its seasonal protagonists: asparagus.
Lasagnette with white veal ragout and artichoke hearts. An enveloping first course, with the sweetness of veal perfectly paired with the delicate bitterness of artichoke.
Main Course (choice of)
Golden lamb chops in a sesame and pistachio crust with sautéed agretti. A dish that brings all the symbols of Easter to the table with a contemporary twist.

Braised beef in Pignoletto DOCG with green beans wrapped in crispy bacon. The choice for those who prefer the path of the great classic of Emilian cuisine — slow cooking, local wine, a result that never disappoints.
